1.Application
Suitable for copper stranded conductor, aluminium stranded conductor, steel strand, aluminium conductor steel reinforced and steel wire rope twisting/stranding. With the center taping machine, it also can be insulation core wire into a cable and segment of control cables stranded.

Central pay-off, cage host, taping device(optional), capstan, take-up and traverse device and electric control system.

Main Character:
1.The machine can work steadily with the whole holder, and the protect cover adopts high grade seamless steel tube, so the structure is also steady with lower noises.
2.The timing power can be manipulated easily to adjust the speed .The protect cover has the right and reverse direction circumrotate.
3. The main machine and the haul-off unit adopt shift gears case, so the working intensity is lower and the pitch is exact.
4. Equipped with automatic parking equipment -the safeguard, it means the machine will stop when the thread runs out or the door is open.

 Reel loading method: end shaft type, air-break clamping reel, air-filled release reel, pneumatic mechanical locking, clamping and locking linkage interlocking. The reel is hoisted into the cradle with the help of the workshop trolley.

The wire pay-off is controlled by friction, and the tension is adjusted when the machine stops. The tension range is 2kg～20Kg.

 The "ring touch type" wire breakage automatic stop dual protection function is added to the lower side of the cylinder, which is convenient for automatic parking after wire breakage and wire completion.

The cylinder adopts 3+3 sections, and large bearings are used in the middle and the outlet.

New oil lubrication (patent); a separate oil pump motor is centrally supplied with oil, equipped with a cooling system, thin oil lubrication, with dual functions of lubrication and cooling, and an independent oil tank.

The main machine is equipped with large bearing high temperature monitoring, lubricating oil flow monitoring and other protection functions. It can automatically stop when over-limit operation, and prompt on the human-machine interface.

The cylinder is made of thick-walled steel pipe, and the internal stress is eliminated before processing and dynamic balance correction is performed after processing. The openings of each cylinder must be on the same axis and circumferential direction. The opening deviation is ≤2mm

The cylinder is installed on the integral welding base and annealed.

 The protective cover (patent) adopts electric flip-up fully enclosed structure, built-in sound-absorbing board interlayer, built-in lighting, and has the function of open cover parking protection.
