C1860 computerized automatic coiling and packing machine
1.. Application:
Automatic coiling machine is mainly used for takeup and coiling of electronic wires, computer wires, automobile flexible wire BV/AV power wires and building wires etc.
2. Main characteristics:
Being able to connect with extruder or payoff directly.
Continuous film winding machine can pack and label the wire coil after being coiled.
This machine adopts servo motor traversing system, the wire coil will be more regular and beautiful.
Touch screen interface (man-machine interface) makes the operator to use the machine much easier.
The memory of micro computer can store 99 different kinds of wire rolls specification, when you need to change the product specification, you only need to read the stored data, there is no need to re-input and adjust the mechanical structure, which makes the operation more convenient and efficient.
Troubleshooting system, it has the function of automatic detecting errors. When there is some problem it will send an alarm to remind the operator.

5. Main performance and specification:

Operation direction: wire inlet direction (from left to right or from right to left), confirmed by customer.
Applicable wires: 1.00-10.00mm for electronic wires, computer wires, automobile flexible wire BV/AV power wires and building wires etc.
Designed rotary speed of rotary circular disk head: Max. 780RPM
Wire coil dimension: Max. outside diameter (460mm)*height (50~120mm); inside diameter of wire coil depends on the specification of rotary circular disk head, its inside diameter scope: Φ140- Φ220mm (the size will be fixed), customer can choose one specification. If  customer's specification is out of our scope our engineers will decide whether it is feasible or not.
Finished product delivery way: wire-holding type
Rule-crossing unit: rule-counting unit is 0.01M. automatically decelerate when forecasting. Automatically coil wires when reaching the pre-set length.
Traversing device: adopting servo motor traversing, synchronous with the coiler
Electrical control of the complete machine: adopting DELTA micro-computer programmable PLC.
Operation panel adopts man-machine interface.
 Meters and switches on the operation panel: touch control screen, speed-adjusting button, emergency switch. Speed can be adjusted on the touch screen and speed-adjusting button.
PLC for this machine has interface for industry-frequency spark tester, used for spark detection of BV wires. It can automatic spark-over point or be marked manually, and then continue to coil.
PLC for this machine has interface for wire diameter gauge.

7.The detailed description of the mechanical composition of this machine

Meter-counting part: upper/lower wheel each one, using precise encoder to calculate wire length and its precision can be up to centimeter. Meter-counting wheel is made of aluminum alloy material. The lower wheel will be coated with good-quality glue. the upper wheel will be coated with ceramics and hardened to make sure they won't hurt wires and have been equipped with unidirectional bearing in order to prevent the cables from wincing.
Rotary circular disk head: horizontal coiling, it is controlled to be open and closed automatically by air-pressure propeller. When the pre-set length of wire is coiled it will stop coiling automatically, at this moment the rotary head will be vertically internal contraction to raise, which won't clamp wires and contact coils, easy ejection from the mould. The specification of rotary circular disk head is fixed, customer should let us.
