4.2.11 Twisting cage structure: It is composed of a main shaft, a cage, front and rear bearing seats, a wire reel frame, a wire splitter, etc. The axis of the wire reel frame is parallel to the center line of the main shaft, and a large K-series motor directly connected reducer is used to drive the twisting cage through a large toothed pulley. Each winch is connected to the main shaft through a flange type lock sleeve, with good overall stiffness, high coaxiality of the winch, and balanced operation of the winch cage.
4.2.12 The front end of the cage has a front support, and the main shaft is supported on the front and rear supports through two sets of double row self-aligning roller bearings. The front and rear supports of the cage are respectively supported by double row roller self-aligning bearings to ensure the bearing capacity of the axial movement of the cage. The cradle frame is arranged in 6 equal parts of each circle in the cage.

4.2.14 The cradle frame is made of welded steel plates, CNC cutting of plates, and bending process. It has few welding positions, high bearing capacity, and overall annealing and boring processing, with high accuracy, fatigue resistance, durability, and no deformation.
