  • The end axis type of the wire frame and the frame body adopt high-quality sheet metal CNC cutting and overall bending technology, with few welding positions and a clean appearance. After high-temperature annealing, the mechanical strength is high, and finally the overall boring processing is high in accuracy and stable in operation.
  • The wire reel adopts an end shaft pneumatic release, air cut-off clamping wire reel, and pneumatic interlocking, making the loading and unloading of the wire reel convenient, fast, and safe. The cradle base is equipped with a wire reel bracket. The wire laying inside the cradle frame adopts a mechanical friction tension control device, with manual operation surface adjustment, which has a long service life and is not prone to malfunctions.
  • The cradle is equipped with a "movable balance" device, which effectively avoids uneven rewinding of wires and eliminates bias.
  • Add a set of cross shaped wire rollers at the outlet of each wire laying frame, and also add a set of wire rollers on the outer side of the outlet shaft head, directly extending to the outer guide wheel group of the cylinder body, effectively avoiding wire core scratches.
  • The rear end of the cylinder is supported by bearings. The middle and outlet ends are supported by the same specifications of "large bearings". The large bearings adopt new oil and gas lubrication and labyrinth seals, which have good lubrication effect, short oil return distance, fast cooling speed, multiple functions, and do not require a separate oil tank.
  • Each large bearing has a high-temperature overload shutdown protection function for easy maintenance.
  • The production of thick walled steel pipes for the cylinder body requires internal stress relief treatment before processing and dynamic balance correction after processing. The wall thickness of the cylinder body is 23mm after processing.
  • The host adopts butterfly, multi group, pneumatic, and caliper brake devices, which are sensitive and reliable in braking.
  • The host adopts an external wiring method, with an elongated and thickened cylinder, oversized wire passing holes, and multiple well type guide rollers to make the wiring smoother, without bending, scratching, or jumping.
  • The rear support seat, middle and outlet large bearing seats of the host are all made of gray iron casting material using the lost foam process, unchanged in shape, fully absorbing vibration, reducing noise, and having a beautiful appearance.
  • The host adopts a new independent driving form, and the cylinder does not bear torque, fully avoiding cylinder cracking. Adopting large modulus toothed belt transmission, effectively avoiding loss of rotation.
  • The single wire pre deformation device consists of multiple sets of guide wheel discs, including a positioning disc, two fixed guide wheel discs, and a sliding guide wheel disc. The distance between each set of guide discs is adjusted according to the curvature of the wire core to achieve deformation. The entire device is installed on the main shaft extended by the twisting head, with a straight structure for easy adjustment.
  • The cylinder body is installed on an integral welded base, which is made with the help of a dedicated platform and then processed by a gantry planer for easy installation and high concentricity.
  • The protective cover adopts a fully enclosed push-pull structure, and the sliding track adopts "linear bearings". The safety cover does not shake and there is no noise during the operation of the entire machine; The cover has an automatic parking function for opening the door, effectively improving the level of safety protection.
